由于iFIX工具栏内包含了各种图形工具、动能专家和动态对象工具。所以在开发中技术人员根据需要，不仅放置了常用工具按钮，如数据连接、按钮、图表、报警汇总、位图、事件等多种工具栏，还灵活地使用了内置向导和专家，因此不需要进行任何编程，就可自动完成多种复杂功能，进行前景颜色变化、填充、旋转、位置移动、大小缩放、可见不可见操作、画面打开、关闭、替换操作、改变数据输入方式等，由于这些专家还能自动生成VBA代码，避免了编程，使得开发过程大大简化。

另外，使用智能图符生成向导使创建图开变得十分简捷，许多预定义的图符集，如泵、罐等可直接拖拽到Worksqace中，减少系统开发时间。由于所有的对象属性都可以赋予动画效果，也可利用动画专家（AnimationEXPert）直接从OPC服务器读取数据并获得动画效果。因此，用户界面十友好、直观，设计和使用人员都十分满意。

大限度的开放性

iFIX基于多种工业标准之上，提供了的系统易用性和扩展性，极大地方便了系统集成。在系统开发中，泰达充分利用了Intellution公司独特的专利技术---即插即解决技术（Plug and SolveTM）,把第三方组件集成于整个iFIX系统中，又因为Intellution特有技术和微软DNA技术相结合而形成了标准的工业框架中包含了VBA6、OPC、ODBC/SQL、备份和恢复以及安全容器等技术，使得工作极快捷方便。
