该项目消防设备电源监控系统其设计遵循下列原则：

1）消防设备电源监控系统组成及要求：

1 系统应由下列部分或全部监控装置组成：监控器、电压传感器。

2 系统形式与选择应符合下列规定：

2.1 对于单体建筑且监控点数小于220点的系统至少应由一台监控器及若干台传感器等设备组成，系统中的监控器不应超过两台；

2.2 大型建筑或建筑群宜采用分散与集中相结合的控制方式，即在各消防控制室或有人值班场所设置监控器，将各消防设备电源状态及报警信息传回至控制中心的中央监控器，统一管理、监控、显示信息。

3 任一台监控器所连接的传感器的地址总数不应超过128点。其中每一总线回路连结设备的地址总数宜留有不少于地址总数额定容量10％的余量，且每回路地址总数不宜超过56点(有中继器的情况下）。

4 在有消防控制室的场所，监控器应设置在消防控制室内。在无消防控制室的场所，监控器应设置在有人值班的场所。
